What is PDLStack best used for?
PDLStack is built for pickleball clubs and open play hosts who want to run fairer sessions, faster. It handles court rotation, player matchups, queue management, session records, and DUPR export — all from one app on any device.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with your email and your Club Access trial activates the moment you verify it — no credit card required. You get full access to every feature for 14 days. After that, you can subscribe to keep Club Access or stay on Visitor Access for free.
What is the difference between Visitor Access and Club Access?
Visitor Access is free forever — up to 2 courts, 30 players, and basic rotation. Club Access removes all limits and unlocks advanced stacking logics, session templates, club analytics, player match history, DUPR export, tournament brackets, a check-in kiosk, TV prompter, and priority support.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can create an account and use the 14-day free trial without entering any payment information.
Can I run multiple courts at the same time?
Yes. Club Access supports unlimited active courts per session. You can add, manage, and track results across all courts simultaneously from the session dashboard. Visitor Access is limited to 2 courts.
What stacking styles does PDLStack support?
Club Access includes four stacking logics: Complete Rotate, Winner Stays, Split Winners, and Skill Split. Visitor Access includes Complete Rotate only. Each logic controls how players move between courts after a game ends.
Does PDLStack support DUPR exports?
Yes. Club Access lets you export your session results as a DUPR-ready CSV with a single click — covering dozens of matches at once. No more manual entry per game.
Is my club data safe?
All data is stored securely in the cloud. Club Access members can also export a full backup of their player database and session history at any time from account settings.
How quickly can my club get set up?
Most hosts are running their first session within minutes. Add your players, choose a stacking style, open courts, and go. If you need help with setup or rollout, contact us above and we will walk you through it.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime and your data stays accessible on Visitor Access.
