By accessing or using the Pdlstack platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including club administrators, open play organizers, and players.

2. Our Services

Pdlstack provides a cloud-based open play management platform for pickleball clubs and organizers, including but not limited to:

• Automated player queue and rotation management
• DUPR match tracking and export workflows
• Session history and cloud records
• Podium and leaderboard sharing tools
• Club and host management dashboards

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Accounts & Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@pdlstack.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Types

• Club Admin — Full access to session management, player data, and billing
• Host / Organizer — Session-level access to manage queues and rotations
• Player — View-only access to personal stats and session history

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false or misleading player data to DUPR or any rating system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By submitting data, you grant Pdlstack a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We do not sell Your Data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Pdlstack to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expiration date.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at hello@pdlstack.com.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pdlstack does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Pdlstack is not affiliated with DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) and does not guarantee the accuracy or acceptance of any match data submitted through our platform to third-party rating systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pdlstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pdlstack in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
